Chief Greg Cooper
Greg Cooper is the chief of police and civil defense director of Provo, Utah. Prior to this position, Chief Cooper worked for the FBI. While assigned to the FBI Academy at Quantico, he served in several positions within the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime and was an FBI Academy instructor of criminal psychology, criminal investigative analysis and analytical aspects of criminal behavior. Cooper co-authored The Crime Classification Manual, a landmark book classifying homicide, arson and sexual assault. He has consulted internationally with law enforcement agencies on over 1,000 cases including homicides, rapes, kidnappings, product tampering, extortion, political corruption, arson and bombing, workplace violence, stalking and false allegations. Cooper is an expert witness in crime scene analysis. He provided expert testimony regarding behaviorally linked multiple homicides from separate jurisdictions that contributed to the conviction of a serial killer since made the subject of the best-selling book Mind Hunter.

Lieutenant Mike King
Mike King has recently retired from Utah's Attorney General's Office and is now the Director of the Ogden City Police Department Crime Analysis Unit. He coordinates a multi-disciplinary investigative and consultancy team consisting of law enforcement, forensic, medical, psychological and legal experts that provides criminal case evaluation in cases of homicide, missing persons, sexual assault and unidentified bodies. He develops and provides cutting-edge training programs and Web-based investigative support. As an intelligence officer for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games he was granted a top secret clearance by the FBI. He is the author of several published works including Victimology: Predators Part 1, Analyzing Criminal Behavior and Ritual Crime in Utah. He was recently voted "Top Cop" by the National Association of Police Organizations and has been named "Police Officer of the Year" several times.
