Do you have a guardian angel? Has your life ever flashed before your eyes? The Discovery Channel wants to know. We are seeking home videos of survival, death-defying escapes and lucky breaks – from natural disasters, to terrifying accidents, to extreme sporting events gone wrong. If you have an unbelievable story of surviving against the odds that was caught on tape (or know that someone else captured it), the Discovery Channel wants to see it!

Your video may be selected for a new TV series on the Discovery Channel, or it may be posted, right here, on discoverychannel.com.
