Episode 71: Senior's Vintage Project 2
The guys of OCC continue working on Senior's vintage chopper, while Chris Matthews finishes restoring an old classic. When the front end of the vintage chopper comes back from powdercoat the wrong color, the guys scramble to finish the bike on time. Senior's vintage chopper is unveiled at a photo shoot for Barnett's magazine.

Episode 72: Never Before Seen: Special
This special takes a look at some never before seen footage and outtakes from the show. From drag racing to a trip to Sturgis to Senior dressing up in a spacesuit, it's a fun ride as Mikey and Vinnie show us some of their favorite scenes that didn't make the show.

Episode 73: Celebrity Build
OCC gets a special visit from the "Piano Man," Billy Joel, who asks the guys to build him a vintage Indian bobber motorcycle. To get more insight into their customer's needs, the Teutuls make a special visit to Billy's home and get a tour of his vintage motorcycle collection. But when the paint on the bike comes back the wrong color, the pressure is on to finish the bike in time for its reveal in front of 10,000 fans at a Billy Joel concert.

Episode 74: Wendy's Bike 1
The guys of OCC head to Wendy's headquarters in Dublin, Ohio, to do some research for their next build. Building a bike that will be auctioned off to benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, the crew gets to work on a bike unlike anything OCC has ever built before. An OCC first, the frame is built in-house, which proves to be a challenge for the guys. Junior and Senior butt heads when Junior uses his cell phone at the shop and leaves work for the other guys to do.

Episode 75: Wendy's Bike 2
The OCC crew continues working on their latest build, a bike for Wendy's to be auctioned off to benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. When the bike is sent to paint and powdercoat, the guys head to Hunter Mountain for some fun on the slopes. Once back in the shop, the crew works on finishing the bike in time to reveal it.

Episode 76: Sunoco Bike 1
OCC teams up with Sunoco and NASCAR driver Kyle Petty to build a bike that will benefit the Victory Junction Gang Camp. The guys head down to North Carolina to meet Kyle Petty and to tour the camp. While there, they get the opportunity to hang out and spend time with some of the kids. After that, the Teutuls head to Lowe's Speedway where they take turns going around the track. Once back in the shop, they continue working on this latest chopper.

Episode 77: Sunoco Bike 2
OCC continues working on their latest build, a bike for Sunoco that will be auctioned off to benefit the Victory Junction Gang Camp. When the bike is sent to paint and powdercoat, the guys head back to Lowe's Speedway and take turns going around the track.

Episode 61: Rick's Bike 2
Fabrication continues on the Rick Bike, as the guys pitch in to finish this old school bike for Rick to keep. The bike heads to paint and Nub gets to give it a classic feel. Senior heads to the blacksmith to pick up the sisi bar that he and Mikey had created and delivers it to Rick. Then, all of the guys help with assembly.

Episode 62: On the Road — Europe, Part 1
Adventures and cultural differences await the Teutuls as they travel across the Atlantic for the first time ever. While in London, the guys take in the sights and realize that things are quite different on the other side of the pond. They manage to find some bikes and head out on the open road in Ireland and England, taking in the countryside. On the go and feeling out of place, Senior, Junior and Mikey start to feel new pressures and tensions rise.

Episode: 63: On the Road — Europe, Part 2
As their European family vacation continues, the Teutuls head to Omaha Beach to pay their respects and learn some World War II history. Afterward, they travel to Paris to take in the sights. En route back to England for the Ace Café Bike Rally, Mikey takes a detour and misses the train, forcing him to find his own way to London. Once the Teutuls reunite, they meet up with Ewan McGregor, hop on some bikes, and ride to the bike rally. Finally comfortable in a new country, the guys take part in high tea before heading back to the United States.

Episode 64: Behind the Scenes — Special
Mikey gives America a look at what goes on behind the scenes on American Chopper. Using the Mikey cam to shoot a documentary, we meet the crew and see what really goes into making the hit television show. Mikey takes us on a tour of the shop, the OCC store and the production offices in Los Angeles. While there, he learns just how much work goes into the show as he meets the post-production staff.

Episode 65: The History of the OCC — Special
The most asked question by American Chopper fans is how OCC — and the show — got started. This one-hour special will take fans on a journey through the Teutul's family history, showing how the Teutuls got to where they are today. We will show tours of Orange County Ironworks and the old OCC shop. We'll learn about the origins of American Chopper. And we'll see that despite all of their success and fame, the Teutuls will always be a bike-building family that just loves to ride.

Episode 66: FANtasy Bike 1
The first of four FANtasy bike winners is revealed as a dream comes true for one lucky fan. The OCC guys head to Phoenix, Ariz., to surprise the winner.

Episode 67: FANtasy Bike 2
The second of four FANtasy bike winners is revealed as the guys head to Texas. OCC spends some time with this lucky lady and learn about what she wants her chopper to look like.

Episode 68: FANtasy Bike 3
The third of four FANtasy bike winners is revealed as OCC heads to California to surprise a lucky fan. After having sold his motorcycle to pay for his mother's medical treatment, this winner will finally have a bike again.

Episode 69: FANtasy Bike 4
The final of four FANtasy bike winners is revealed as the guys head to California. After a car accident left this fan a paraplegic, OCC faces the challenge of creating a trike.

Episode 70: Senior's Vintage Project 1
After his trip to Europe where he saw some impressive vintage motorcycles, Senior feels inspired and decides to start his own collection of vintage bikes. When the guys try to restore an old classic, they run into some obstacles and need to call on the help of an expert. Senior has everyone working on this project and he decides to build a chopper with a vintage feel as well. Mikey even pitches in, but when he gets pushed too far, he throws a temper tantrum and walks out.

Episode 51: Gillette Bike 2
The guys complete the bike for Gillette, unveiling it at Boston's Prudential Center. Meanwhile, as an added bonus, Mikey babysits Vinnie's daughter, so Vinnie and his wife can have a much-needed night out.

Episode 52: NAPA Drag Bike 1
It's off to drag-racing school in New Jersey for the OCC guys, as they prepare to build a drag bike for NAPA. And this bike will be unlike any other: It'll have a straight speed of 140 mph, and will be used in actual races on the quarter-mile drag track. Also out of the ordinary is Mike, who stops his loafing around and gets a new title at OCC after Mike Campo quits.

Episode 53: NAPA Drag Bike 2
OCC finishes the NAPA bike, and Vinnie races it down the strip in an actual drag race.

Episode 54: Military Bike 1
Junior and Senior join forces to build bikes that will be auctioned off, among other items, to benefit the families of U.S. troops seriously wounded or killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. To learn more about the two charities benefiting from the auction — the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund and the Fisher House Foundation — OCC takes a field trip to the USS Intrepid, the scene of their Jet Bike unveiling so many years ago. Back at the shop, Senior has his mother's Cadillac restored to its original condition, surprising her with it, as father and son work through their rivalry and get started on their bikes.

Episode 55: Military Bike 2
After a trip to the nuclear submarine USS Albuquerque for additional inspiration, Senior finishes his old-school chopper, and Junior, his more modern bike. Then it's off to the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., to show the wounded troops their creations. Finally, as the auction draws near, OCC enlists the help of their celebrity friends, including Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, to obtain items to auction off and raise more money.

Episode 56: Yankees Bike 1
At Yankee Stadium, the Teutuls meet with New York Yankees catcher Jorge Posada to discuss building a bike to be auctioned off to benefit his foundation, which endeavors to further awareness of and research on craniosynostosis, a condition that affects the craniums of infants, and provides financial support to families whose children are affected by it. Back in the shop, Senior plays hardball with Junior when he doesn't see enough progress being made on the bike, and when the pressure becomes too much, OCC challenges Orange County Ironworks to a game of softball.

Episode 57: Yankees Bike 2
Hoping for the inspiration they need to finish the bike, the guys head to a New York Yankees game with Grandma. Mikey is put in charge of getting the gas tank signed by the entire Yankees team, and he guards it with his life as he attempts to complete the task. Then, once assembled, the bike is revealed at the auction to benefit the Jorge Posada Foundation.

Episode 58: Space Shuttle Tribute Bike 1
The OCC gets an out-of-this-world experience as they head to the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, to get some inspiration for the NASA-themed bike that they will build. The bike will be a tribute to the space shuttle program and a memorial in honor of the two crews that were lost in space. While there, the guys get a tour of the facility, and go into a shuttle simulator. Once back in the shop, the stars aren't aligned as Junior and Senior argue about Junior's work ethic, and Mikey plays astronaut and launches some rockets of his own.

Episode 59: Space Shuttle Tribute Bike 2
The guys of OCC take off to Cape Canaveral, Fla., to watch the launch of the space shuttle Discovery, seeking more ideas for the NASA-themed bike. Once back in the shop, Junior continues to work on the bike while Senior and Mikey build a model space shuttle together. After the bike is assembled, OCC heads back to the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, to reveal the bike to NASA and the astronauts who returned home on Discovery.

Episode 60: Rick's Bike 1
As Senior and Rick finish a production bike together, Senior decides to surprise Rick and tells him that the next bike that they build will be for him. Mikey comes in to help Rick, and acts as his inspiration. Junior doesn't want to work on the bike, but Senior gets involved and forces him to. When Junior works on the design with Jason Pohl and the computer crashes, Jason freaks out over the lost material. Outside the shop, Vin and Cody head to Vin's house when a bat decides to invade his home.

Episode 41: Christmas Sleigh
OCC rings in the holiday season with their annual Christmas bike, fabricating a custom sleigh worthy of old Saint Nick that will be pulled by the previous year's Christmas Bike. And so, with Junior and Vinnie tied up in the shop with customer bikes, Senior, Mikey, Rick and Campo head down to the iron shop to build their creation in time to use the bike and sleigh to deliver gifts to needy families.

Episode 42: Carroll Shelby Bike 1
It's off to visit car-racing legend Carroll Shelby, during which OCC discusses design ideas for their tribute to Shelby's long career. But after deciding on their ultimate inspiration — a classic Shelby Mustang — the boys return to their usual antics: Senior takes a Shelby car for a high-speed spin and fights with Junior over the bike's frame, a golf cart is taken for a destructive joyride, and Gus gets locked in Senior's Hummer. Will they get things together and finish the bike before their fast-approaching deadline?

Episode 43: Carroll Shelby Bike 2
OCC continues their fabrication on the Shelby Bike, but faces immense pressure to finish in time to move to their brand-new shop. To celebrate the end of an era, the boys drive Senior's car through the walls of the old office; even Governor Pataki visits the boys at their new headquarters. But it's not all fun and games, as the guys quickly find out. When the bike comes back from the paint shop, they discover a major problem with the motor ... just hours before it has to be shipped to Vegas.

Episode 44: Lincoln Mark LT Bike Part 1
The guys start their next project — a chopper honoring the first Lincoln pickup truck — with a trip to Motor City and a tour of the Ford Lincoln plant, where Mikey gives Senior a serious case of the giggles. Back in the shop, Junior and the crew get to work designing and building a bike that reflects the pickup's classy look and incorporates its chrome grill.

Episode 45: Lincoln Mark LT Bike Part 2
As work continues on the Lincoln Bike, Mikey pitches in to complete some extra features and to keep the guys on schedule. Then, after the bike goes out for its paint job, Junior and crew travel to Washington, D.C., to visit injured troops at Walter Reed Memorial Hospital. Back in New York, the rivalry between Orange County Choppers and Orange County Iron Works is played out in a hardcore game of dodge ball. But too much play and little work means a final scramble to finish the build when the crew encounters huge problems during the bike's final assembly.

Episode 46: Junior's Dream Bike 1
Building on his previous two spider web-themed bikes — the Spider and Black Widow bikes — Paulie takes on a third, challenging himself to create the most outrageous bike to date.

As Paulie finishes the Web Bike, completing the trilogy, Rick and Vinnie get the opportunity of a lifetime and take a ride in an F-16.

Episode 48: Caterpillar Bike 1
Seeking inspiration for OCC's next theme bike, Junior and the guys head to Caterpillar Inc.'s headquarters in Peoria, Ill., where they test out the heavy equipment. Once back in the shop, however, Junior and Senior fight nonstop ... again.

Episode 49: Caterpillar Bike 2
The fights continue as the guys struggle to complete assembly on the bike for Caterpillar, their efforts slowed by major problems with the rear fender. premiere: April 11, 2005

Episode 50: Gillette Bike 1
In search of ideas for their newest theme bike, OCC visits Gillette's headquarters in Boston. Then, back in the shop, the guys split their attention between production bikes and the Gillette Bike, while Senior takes some fabrication frustration out on Junior and Vinnie.

Episode 31: Mikey/Vinnie Bike 2
With only a week to go until the New Orleans show, Mikey and Vinnie hit the home stretch on their collaborative project. But friendship turns into frenzy when Mikey's tardiness gets him sent home by interim boss Keith, leaving Vinnie to wrap up work on the duo's signature hog all by himself. And when the bike fails to start on the day of the show, it's up to Vinnie to save the day.

Episode 32: I, Robot Bike 1
A visit from superstar Will Smith brings OCC its latest challenge: a bike inspired by the science-fiction flick I, Robot. But with its big L.A. premiere only weeks away, the bike will have to be produced in record time. And when Paulie abruptly scraps his plan for a wild, serpentine exhaust — wasting an entire day's work — Senior wonders whether the bike will have a happy ending ... or if OCC will experience it's first box office flop.

Episode 33: I, Robot Bike 2
It's California dreaming as the boys of OCC get their latest creation ready for its red-carpet debut out West. While they're waiting for paint and chrome work to be completed, Paulie and Vinnie get to work souping up Mikey's "chick magnet" — his 50-cc scooter. But comedy turns to drama when a few missing parts prevent final assembly of the Robo-Bike.

Episode 34: Davis Love Bike
Famed golfer Davis Love III is shocked when his wife enlists the Teutuls to build him a personalized chopper. Several awkward golf games later, the Teutuls are back in the shop, working at a frenzied pace to get the bike done on a very tight deadline. With the Buick Classic golf tournament only days away, will OCC's latest chopper creation make the precious deadline, or will Davis be riding his golf cart all the way home?

Episode 35: Lance Armstrong Bike 1
The guys visit Nike headquarters in search of inspiration for their next project, a chopper tribute to six-time Tour de France champion and cancer survivor Lance Armstrong and his Livestrong Foundation. But when fabrication begins, the shop and Junior's ambitious designs suffer a setback when Rick get his hand caught in a drill press, sustaining a serious injury.

Episode 36: Lance Armstrong Bike 2
The Tour de France is in its final stages as work continues on Lance Armstrong's Livestrong bike. With their deadline looming, the team struggles to put the finishing touches on the exhaust system in time to get the chopper to Justin and Nub Grafix for paint. But when the bike returns, engine problems linger, putting the pressure on Junior to fix the mystery problem before OCC presents the gift to Lance on The Tonight Show.

Episode 37: Police Bike 1
Under the gun to create a bike honoring the men and women of law enforcement, the guys pay a visit to the New York State Police Academy, where they learn firsthand just how tough training is when Keith ends up on the wrong side of the law. Then, when the crew gets back to the shop, the fights break out before fabrication even begins. With only six days to build their police tribute, the pressure is on.

Episode 38: Police Bike 2
With delays beginning to pile up, the OCC crew gives up their holiday weekend in order to fix the bike in time for a benefit for New York police officers lost on 9/11. But will their hard work lead to disaster when they realize that the chopper's fender doesn't fit?

Episode 39: David Mann Bike 1
A trip down memory lane while at Sturgis inspires Senior to build a tribute to biker legend and artist (and one of Senior's personal heroes) David Mann. But throughout the build Senior struggles with problems, from Paulie showing up late to work to never-ending fights with Mike. Then, after a trip to the dentist leaves Mike in an anesthetized stupor, Senior and Rick are left to work on the handlebars without his input. Will his empty spot slow down the build, or will Senior and Rick survive on their own? premiere: Nov. 29, 2004

Episode 40: David Mann Bike 2
Continuing with his chopper tribute to David Mann, Senior demands his finest paint job yet, only to take matters into his own hands when a miscommunication leads to unsatisfactory work. But then, through a tragic phone call from Easyriders magazine, Senior learns that David Mann has passed away, changing the bike from a tribute to Mann's work to a memorial to his life.

Episode 21: Miller Electric 2
Paulie and the boys hit the hardwood for a game of hoops against the guys from OCC Ironworks in what can only be described as a comedy of errors. But back in the shop, it's all business: Big Paul blows up at Vinnie for leaving the shop in disarray and nearly sends him home for the day. However, once Senior gets a look at the Miller Bike's patriotic paint job and the outrageous tow-behind welder, all is forgiven.

Episode 22: Leno Bike 1
The Teutuls go Hollywood when Tonight Show host Jay Leno commissions a modern version of his favorite classic bike: the 1939 Brough Superior. But back at OCC, the excitement fades when Paulie discovers that the bike's frame is too small to accommodate the oil tank. And when the motor and wheels arrive late, it creates a host of technical difficulties that threaten to put the Leno Bike on hiatus.

Episode 23: Leno Bike 2
It's "lights! camera! action!" as Paulie and the shop prepare for the Leno Bike's debut on The Tonight Show. But when the parts come back from the painter with a thick layer of powder coating, the guys discover that the bike just won't fit together. With only hours to go until the trip out to L.A., Paulie and Vinnie are forced to burn the midnight oil in order to win a big rating from the king of late night.

Episode 24: Liberty Bike 1
When a wealthy historian asks the guys to incorporate original copper fixtures from the Statue of Liberty into a custom chopper, Paulie gets stars (and stripes) in his eyes. Innovative touches like a right-side drive line and a torch-shaped carburetor prove worthy — but time-consuming — additions. And when it becomes clear that the boys are behind schedule yet again, Senior's cries of, "Give me liberty, or give me Paulie's head!" nearly spark an Orange County revolution.

Episode 25: Liberty Bike 2
In the midst of the uphill battle to finish the Liberty Bike, Paul Sr. proposes a little downhill adventure: a spontaneous snow-tubing trip. Back at the shop, the pressure mounts when Paulie realizes the bike's exhaust doesn't fit and the rear fender needs to be redone. But after everything is refitted and the bike comes back from the copper-plater gleaming like the world's baddest penny, the guys know they have an American classic on their hands.

Episode 26: Dixie Chopper 1
When the gang visits the Dixie Chopper Company — makers of fast, powerful lawn mowers — Paulie comes away with some cutting-edge ideas for OCC's latest bike. Spinning mower blades incorporated into the wheels and a real, chromed-out mower engine really set the bike off. But when the custom carburetor doesn't fit, Orange County's mower-inspired masterpiece nearly turns to mulch.

Episode 27: Dixie Chopper 2
With business booming at OCC, Senior splurges for an expansion to the cramped garage ... and a custom Harley for son Paulie. Back in the shop, the crew hustles to get the Dixie Bike ready for its Daytona debut. But with the clock ticking and the realization that the rear fender is hopelessly bent, the guys are going to have to come up with a creative solution to get this grass-kicking hog to the show on time.

Episode 30: Mikey/Vinnie Bike 1
With Senior and Junior perfecting their tans in sunny Hilton Head, S.C., Mikey and Vinnie finally get the chance to build their own bike. After hitting the links for a little "inspiration," the guys cook up some tasty ideas for their project: a super-stretch frame, a twin-cam motor and a unique, one-sided swing arm. But the guys get an unwelcome wake-up call when a new Teutul — gruff cousin Keith — is hired to crack the whip in Big Paul's place. Turns out the more things change, the more they stay the same.

And when Vinnie's wife goes into labor, forcing him to leave work, Paulie is left to face Senior's meltdown all by himself.

American Chopper (aka Jet Bike)
In this pilot episode, the Teutuls race to build their Jet Bike — since featured on the cover of American Iron Magazine — in time for Laconia Bike Week. Paul Jr. checks out the flight deck of the USS Intrepid for aerodynamic inspiration, then steals a few hours of relaxation on the golf course before heading back to the garage. But Paul Sr. isn't too thrilled with his son's field trip and worries that all of the bike's custom nuances — the miniature cockpit, handmade missiles, reinforced wheelie bar — will ground the project before it ever gets going.

American Chopper II (aka Biketoberfest)
The OCC crew finds itself under the gun with Daytona's Biketoberfest looming around the bend. This legendary biker bash is great exposure for the shop, so showing something spectacular is imperative. Unfortunately, with only seven days to design, build and test their bike, the guys have their work cut out for them. Paul Sr. lets Paul Jr. and Cody — a talented, eager-to-learn, teenage shop mechanic — handle the entire project. The resulting classic design and eye-catching paint job make for a bike that's all chopper ... and all Cody. But when Paul Jr. schedules extra time for a fully chromed frame — a first for OCC — Biketoberfest's deadline suddenly approaches. Will the young guns finish on time?
