Dustin is a young fisherman with a lot of experience on a boat — but not a day of actual crabbing under his belt. Dustin comes from a family of salmon fishermen and knows his way around a deck. Last year, at just 21, he ran a salmon boat for the season in Bristol Bay. Dustin said he understands the workload he's in for on the Rose, and is ready to meet the challenge. With a one-year-old daughter and a girlfriend back home, he's got some things to fish for.
