Sania Anju is an 18-month-old girl from Mannakhli, a village 124 miles west of Hyderabad and the GSR Hospital. Sania was born with a complicated and extraordinarily rare birth defect in which she has two noses, one on top of the other. It is so rare that the odds of this birth defect is 1 in 1,000,000. Sania's family came to GSR because they could not afford to go elsewhere, and are very grateful for the efforts of Dr. Likith Reddy and the staff. To them, finding out about this hospital was like winning the lottery. Now Sania can live a normal life.
