Benny Arrowood came to Baltimore with his daughter Tonya and wife Linda in hopes of gaining a healthy kidney for transplant. Back in Georgia, Benny spent his days as the reverend at Faith Temple Church and the owner of an equipment repair shop, Arrowood Equipment.

Mr. Arrowood, 65, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2006, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Md. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Linda, and their three children, along with their spouses, seven grandchildren, and his four brothers and two sisters.
