Movies, Amazing Scenes and More!

Everyone knows Les spends a lot of time alone, so we asked him to give a little thought -- when he's not preoccupied with staying alive -- to sharing some of his Top Tens. He agreed to flesh out several categories, but when it came to his favorite books he came back with: "DON'T NEED TO ESCAPE IN A GOOD BOOK... AM ALREADY ESCAPING WHEN OUT THERE!"

Les just sent in his favorite movies, but stay tuned -- we'll post more top tens each week (see the list below).
Top Ten Favorite Films
Naturally, Survivorman's picks include action-adventure and survival classics, but a couple may surprise you. Then again, what's not to like about a little slapstick and a really great band.

  • Ten Most Amazing Things Seen in the Wild
After immersing himself in nature for so many years, it's no surprise that Les had a tough time coming up with these finalists. You may think he "stretched" with a few, but some things just defy refinement.

Top Ten Places To Be Alone
Les loves his solitude, and not just those choice spots found in the wild. He seems to have a thing about Ontario, but there probably aren't many escapes from civilization that wouldn't qualify in the end.

Ten Worst Things That Have Happened in the Wild
With all the ground Les has covered, it's little wonder there's a dark side. Hope you weren't one of the people on that canoe trip; and it's hard to imagine what he'd do if he happened on a litterbug.
