Highway 14 overpass collapsed onto Interstate 5 in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles on Jan. 17, 1994 during a massive earthquake that struck Southern California. Forecasters say there's a very high chance another large earthquake will rock the state in the next 30 years.
