An Ice Age 'Masterpiece'
Carved from a woolly mammoth's ivory tusk, this 30,000-year-old flute is one of the oldest known musical instruments in the world. According to Friedrich Seeberger, an expert in prehistoric music, it would have been capable of playing relatively complex melodies.
