And there’s the rub. I don’t have a clue where the Hoffman’s are headed next. Stay in the Klondike? Return to Alaska?
And what about the Dakota Boys and Parker? Happy where they are?
Many fans have suggested that the miners go to sea in Bering Sea Gold style. Although it’s hard to argue with the awesome clean-outs on board the Christine Rose, the thought of Jack running a floating excavator is mildly terrifying.
In the meantime, let’s not get too far ahead of ourselves. There’s still more to go in this season and what happens in these last frigid weeks will have a lot to do with where things are headed when summer returns up north.
