Big Question: Is art getting better or worse?

A lot has changed in the world of art since Paleolithic hunters smeared basic mineral pigments across the walls of a cave in Lascaux to depict the forms of bison, horses and bulls. Some contemporary artists go without ever lifting a brush or a chisel, instead creating art through computer programming or digital manipulation.
