Executive Dean at University of Phoenix at the School of Advanced Studies and the Office of Scholarship Support
Dr. Jeremy Moreland is Executive Dean at the University of Phoenix, providing leadership to both the university's School of Advanced Studies, and the Office of Scholarship Support. He is also the founding editor and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Leadership Studies. Dr. Moreland served as Dean of the School of Advanced Studies from March 2009 until his current appointment in August 2011. Previously, Dr. Moreland served as Associate Dean for the School as well as a full-time doctoral research faculty member. He has been a faculty member at the University of Phoenix since 2004. Prior to joining the university, Dr. Moreland served as a higher education administrator and directed research, institutional analysis, and planning activities.
