Philip Rosedale is an entrepreneur, best known as the founder and CEO of Second Life, a virtual world created by Linden Lab. Prior to Second Life, Rosedale created an innovative Internet video conferencing product (called "FreeVue"), which was later acquired by RealNetworks, a media software company, where he went on to become CTO.
