Still sporting a pirate’s badge of skull and crossbones on her bow, the Time Bandit remains a force to be reckoned with.

After sustaining major ice damage to the hull during the 2012 Opilio season, along with 21-years of wear, the boat underwent a one-million-dollar overhaul this past summer.

The Hillstrands are now over a million dollars in debt and the stress of getting their money back weighs heavily on the brothers.

They start the year with some new deckhands, but only time will tell if this new roster can work together. Whatever the outcome, expect the same long grinds balanced with the good times that this boat is known for.
