Being the greenhorn on the Seabrooke is no walk in the park. Under Captain Scott Campbell, Jr.'s management, the vessel has had its share of greenhorns come and go. The Seabrooke's fast-paced grind tends to be a shock for most greenhorns.
Tom is familiar with hard physical labor having worked for a construction company at the age of 14. He also worked as a ranch hand in Wyoming.
Tom came to Alaska interested in the physical challenge of crab fishing. After spending two years in Alaska working for a tendering vessel, he finally has his chance on the Seabrooke.
