As the Head Futurist at the Intel Corporation, Brian DavidJohnson’s job is to be ahead of the game. His work is called "future casting.” He studies the world around him, predicts what the tech landscape may look like in the future and ensures that Intel stays ahead of the curve.
Brian regularly interviews innovators, stars and authors on the Intel web series “The Tomorrow Project,” including Intel’s Director of Creative Innovation Will.i.am. He speaks and writes extensively about future technologies in articles, essays, and science fiction short stories and novels.
His new book about do-it-yourself robots will be out next year, and he has teamed up with MakerBot to make sure the technology he writes about can be replicated in the school systems.
